Founded by Atlanta residents Karen and Brad Raymer, Waldenour is an eco-friendly interior design studio and furnishing showroom. The showroom offers a full range of healthy, organic and sustainable fabrics, wall coverings, furniture and accessories. Diverse local artists using recycled or natural materials are represented as well. As an 'EcoDesign source,' Waldenour places a strong emphasis on education, community involvement, and health. The staff provides detailed information about eco-friendly interior design products and trends as well as an up-to-date research library of a wide range of green products for home and office environments. The store celebrates home and working environments through the color and texture of all green and organic products. The experience will inform, inspire and educate interior designers, architects, builders and the general public in methods of transforming interiors and buildings into healthy and green environments. Waldenour recently received approval by the Co-op America Business Network (CABN) and is elected among their 2007 progressive business leaders who are solving today’s tough social and environmental problems.
